Scarification

Scarification is an essential part of lawn and sports pitch maintenance, helping to remove thatch, moss, and dead grass that build up on the surface.

This allows air, water, and nutrients to reach the roots more effectively, encouraging stronger, healthier grass growth.

For sports pitches, scarification also improves drainage, creates a firmer and more even playing surface, and helps the turf withstand heavy use throughout the season.
